1 minute 30 seconds rest in between each set

3 sets of 6 each leg
Superset With
Dumbbell Step Ups
3 sets of 8 each leg
2 minute rest in between each set
FINISHER
Wall Sit Plank
2 sets of as long as you can hold 
2 minutes rest in between sets
