Split 1
BB Back Squats 
5 sets of 8 reps 
After completing the 5 sets drop to a lighter weight
5 sets of 10 reps
1 minute 30 seconds rest in between each set

Split 2
BB Split Squats
3 sets of 6 each leg
Superset With
Dumbbell Step Ups
3 sets of 8 each leg
2 minute rest in between each set
Wall Sit Plank
2 sets of as long as you can hold 
2 minutes rest in between sets
