1 minute 30 seconds rest in between each set
SPLIT 2
Barbell Jump Squats 8 sets of 3 reps
1 minute rest in between sets 
SPLIT 3
Dumbbell Alternate Jumping Lunges
3 sets of 8 reps each side
Superset with
Dumbbell Step Ups 
3 sets of 6 reps each side
Superset with 
Dumbbell Jump Squats 
3 sets of 8 reps
2 minutes rest in between each set
