Athletes need to be focused in everything they do. When athletes are focused at whatever goal they have, they are 100% more productive. So many guys especially in the high school/collegiate level have their head elsewhere. There are a lot of distractions. When you get into the gym Or onto the field you need to be focused in everything you do. Tyrosine is a substance that will help with that along with “L-Dopa”.
