DB Jump Squats
5 sets of 8 reps
Superset with
DB Split Squats
5 sets of 8 reps each leg
1 minute rest in between sets
SPLIT 2 
DB Alternating Jump Lunges
4 sets of 8 reps each side
Superset with
DB Walking Lunges
4 sets of 10 steps each leg
1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets
SPLIT 3
DB Regular Squats
10 sets of 8 reps    DROPSET TO 
Body Weight Squats 10 sets of AMRAP
1 minute 30 seconds rest in between each set
