SPLIT 1
Barbell Curl Drop Set
BB curl (15lbs on each side) 6 reps
BB curl (10lbs on each side) 8 reps
BB curl (5lbs on each side) 10 reps
(Perform back to back and take 1 minute rest in between sets) PERFORM THIS 3 TIMES

SPLIT 2
Tricep Cable Pull Down Drop Set
Cable Pull Down (40lbs total on the cable) 6 reps
Cable Pull Down(30lbs total on cable) 8 reps
Cable Pull Down (15lbs total on the cable) 10 reps
(Perform back to back and take 1 minute rest in between sets) PERFORM THIS 3 TIMES
