3 Tips To Improve Your Vertical Jump

  1. When it comes to your vertical jump a lot of people base your athleticism on that number and there are a few key things and exercises you can do to improve it. Number one is box jumps. Focus on exploding and generating energy from the ground and exploding from your hips.


  1. .Another great exercise you can do is power cleans. Great exercise to get you to develop force from the ground and force from your hips which directly translates to a vertical jump 
  1. Technique is the last thing that can help with your vertical. Focus on producing ground force from the inside arch/balls of your feet and use your arms as propellers to swing you up. Shooting your arms from your hips up to the sky will help you get a higher number.
