2 Tips To Improve Grip Strength

2 Tips To Improve Grip Strength
  1. If you are an athlete chances are you would benefit from having a stronger grip. How you can do that is by doing the following exercises: the first one we are going to discuss is farmers carry. That is when you pick up either a dumbbell, trap bar or plate and just carry the weight from point A to point B. This is a great tool for athletes to improve their grip. If you are a beginner start with a heavier set of dumbbells and if you are more advanced you can use a trap bar or 35/45lb plates. I think the best distance is about 60 yds total.
  1. The second exercise to do for your grip is finger tip push ups. I think this is a true test of grip strength. Being able to push your whole body up from just your finger tips is so important for grip. When you work these push ups go until you fail, and then after you can’t do another real push up, do some finger tip push ups from your knees. Grip strength is something that can be easily developed with many different exercises but these two are the best in my eyes.
